WEBSITE DESIGN RATES (Effective 01/1/2009)

I do both personal and small business sites for $200.00 for the main page and $100.00 per page. For example, if you want a three page site, it costs $400.00. You will find that my sites are very nice for what I charge.

I ask that you pay before I start your site. This is to ensure that I don't devote a lot of time to working on a site and then find that the person has changed their mind. I can make you a low estimate of what your site will cost, and I ask that you pre-pay that amount. If you decide you want to enhance your site after seeing what I have prepared, then we can agree on the cost of the extra development. Of course, if afterwards we find that I charged you too much, I will of course, return your extra money.

All personal and business sites are $200.00 for the first page and $100.00 per page and I offer 7 days of free technical support after the site is finished. This is to perfect what is on your site. During the seven days, you can make whatever technical changes you want.

ADD ONS

$20 - Additional photos, includes minor touch ups.
$20 - Installing web traffic counter.
$30 - And up for javascript, dhtml and cgi.
$130.00 - Edit video for website.
$175.00 - Create and edit video for website

GRAPHICS

$50 - Per hour for photography enhancements - changing backgrounds, removing halters, etc.

MAINTENANCE

$45 - Per hour for changes made to site. Changing photos, prices, etc. Minimum of one hour.
